Dana Lanjabadi, from Marivan, was temporarily released on bail

Hana: Today, Tuesday March 12, 2024, Dana Lanjabadi, a 34-year-old civil activist and former political prisoner from Marivan, was temporarily released on bail until the end of the proceedings.
Mr. Lanjabadi was arrested by the security forces on Tuesday, February 20, 2024, and then transferred to the detention center of Marivan Intelligence Agency.
On Thursday, February 22, 2024, this Kurdish civil activist was accused of "propaganda against the regime" in the public and revolutionary prosecutor's office of Marivan, and he was sent back to the detention center of the Intelligence Department of Marivan with the issuance of a one-month temporary arrest warrant.
It should be noted that in 2013,, after the sit-in of the students of Payam Noor University in Marivan, in protest against the execution of three Kurdish political prisoners, he were arrested by the security forces and then sentenced to one year in prison by the revolutionary court of this city on the charge of "propaganda against the regime". Also He was sentenced to eight months in prison and 50 lashes on the charge of "disturbance of public peace and order".
