Khoshnaw Aini was arrested by the security forces on July 13, 2022, without a court order, and finally, on Sunday, July 24, 2022, he was released from Oshnavieh prison after posting bail.
Also, on Saturday, December 30, 2023, five other citizens named "Mohsen Azizi, Yusuf Rahmani, Bahman Mahmoudi Azar, Yaqub Mahmoudi Azar, and Pirot Tabnak" from Oshnavieh were arrested and transferred to Oshnavieh Central Prison to serve their sentence.
According to received reports; These five citizens were convicted by the first branch of the Oshnavieh Revolution Court on the charge of "membership and cooperation with one of the Kurdish opposition parties of the Iranian government" and according to the verdict, Bahman and Yaqub Mahmoudi Azar were each sentenced to 7 years in prison, Yusuf Rahmani to 2 years and five month, Mohsen Azizi and Pirot Tabnak were sentenced to two years imprisonment.
Yaqoub and Bahman Mahmoudi Azar from Oshnavieh were arrested by security forces on Monday, June 27, 2022, and then they were temporarily released from Oshnavieh prison on August 4 and 18, 2022.
Pirot Tabnak, Yusuf Rahmani and Mohsen Azizi were also arrested by the security forces on Wednesday, July 13, 2022, and on August 17 and 18 of the same year, they were temporarily released from Oshnavieh prison after posting bail.
