The death sentence was issued for Reza Rasai a Kurdish citizen of Sahneh

Hana: In recent days, a Kurdish citizen following the Yarsan Faith and from the Sehne of Kermanshah, identified as Reza Rasai, 34 years old, by the second branch of the first criminal court in Kermanshah on charges of murdering Nader Birami, the chief of the Revolutionary Guards' intelligence service, participation in non-fatal unintentional injuries leading to death, demonstrate power with a knife and disturbing public order through "commotion and controversy" has been sentenced to death (qisas), payment of Diyat, one year imprisonment and 74 lashing.
Reza Rasai was arrested by security forces in Karaj on November 24, 2022 and transferred from the Revolutionary Guards Intelligence Organization detention center to Diesel Abad prison in Kermanshah.
It should be mentioned that Reza Rasaei was forced to confess under the most severe torture during his arrest.
