Oshnavieh; Five Kurdish citizens were sentenced to 15 years and six months in prison

Hana: Five Kurdish citizens named "Yaqub Mahmoudi Azar, Farhang Karamet, Pirot Tabnak, Mohsen Azizi and Khoshnav Aini" from Oshnavieh were charged by the first branch of the Revolutionary Court of this city headed by Judge "Mehdi Rezaei" on charges of membership and cooperation with " "Kurdish opposition Parties of Iran" were sentenced to 15 years and six months in prison.
According to received reports; Yaqub Mahmoudi Azar was sentenced to 7 years of imprisonment, Khoshnav Aini to 2 years of imprisonment, Pirot Tabnak to 2 years of imprisonment, Farhang Karamet to 2 years and 6 months of imprisonment and Mohsen Azizi to 2 years of imprisonment.
Yaqub Mahmoudi Azar, Pirot Tabnak, Farhan Karamet and Khushnav Aini from the village of "Singan" in the Oshnavieh district, and Mohsen Azizi from Oshnavieh were arrested by the security forces on June 7, 2022, without a judicial warrant, and then on August 18, 2022, they were released from Oshnavieh prison after posting bail.
