Execution of the third person of a family in Rasht prison

According to reports received by Hana Human Rights Organization: On Thursday, October 12, 2023, the death sentence of a political prisoner named Hossein Mohammadi, a resident of Tikan Tapa village of Bukan suburb, was carried out in Rasht prison.
Hussein Mohammadi was arrested 14 years ago on charges of drug crimes and sentenced to death by the Iran judiciary.
Two other brothers of Hossein, named Ismail and Hassan, were previously executed on political charges by the judiciary of the Islamic Republic. Esmaeil Mohammadi was executed in 2005 on charges of membership in the Kurdistan Party of Iran.
