Eight Kurdish citizens from Oshnavieh were sentenced to 17 years and five months in prison

Hana: eight citizens named "Youssef Rahmani, Khizr Abdullahi, Othman Hamzazadeh, Bahman Mahmoudi Azar, AbdulKarim Kakul, Suleiman Sharvirani, Aram Shaaban and Fakhreddin Podat" from Oshnavieh by the first branch of the Revolutionary Court of this city headed by Judge "Mehdi Rezaei" were sentenced to 17 years and five months in prison on charges of membership and collaboration with "Kurdistan opposition parties of the Iranian government".

According to received reports; Yusuf Rahmani to two years and five months of imprisonment, Khizr Abdullahi to one year of imprisonment, Bahman Mahmoudi Azar to seven years of imprisonment, Abdul Karim Kakul and Suleiman Sharvirani to one year of imprisonment each, Aram Shaaban to three years and three months of imprisonment, Fakhruddin Podat to one year and three months of imprisonment and Othman Hamzazadeh were sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment.
  Bahman Mahmoudi Azar from Oshnavieh was arrested on Monday, June 27, 2022, and then on August 4, 2022, he was temporarily released from Oshnavieh prison.
Also, Khizr Abdullahi from Amirabad Oshnavieh, Othman Hamzazadeh from Kuroshabad village of Oshnavieh, Abdul Karim Kakul from Hasan Noran village, Suleiman Sharvirani and Aram Shaaban from Oshnavieh and Fakhreddin Podat from Birtiran village of Oshnavieh were arrested by security forces on "July 9, 2022" . They were released after the interrogation.
