According to published reports; On Saturday, July 22, 2023, Ayoub Javanpour was sentenced to one year in prison by the first branch of the Saqqez revolutionary Court headed by judge "Kaivan Jahani" on the charge of "propaganda against the regime", and on the charge of "insulting the founders of the Islamic Republic" to two years in prison. on the charge of  "insulting the leadership of republic Islamic of Iran sentenced to two years in prison and he was sentenced to 10 years in prison for "managing more than two people inside the country with the aim of disrupting the security of the country". In Total he was sentenced to 15 years in prison.

It should be noted that on June 10, 2023, he was arrested by government forces at his home in Saqqez and was transferred to Sanandaj Intelligence Office for interrogation, and after the interrogation process was completed, he was transferred to Saqqez Prison.
