Ashkan Fahim, a citizen of Mahabad, was sentenced to imprisonment and exile

According to Hana's colleagues: Ashkan Fahim, a citizen of Mahabad, was sentenced to 45 months in prison and two years of exile to the city of Arak by the first branch of the Revolutionary Court of this city headed by judge "Dosti" on the charges of "gathering and colluding against the security of the country and propaganda against the regime".

Ashkan Fahim was arrested on "September 15, 2023," along with another citizen with the identity of Reza Andishe by IRGC intelligence forces without a court order in Ashkan Fahim's personal home and severely beaten and taken to one of the security detention centers in Orumiyeh. Mr. Fahim was transferred from one of Orumiyeh security detention centers to Mahabad prison on October 18, 2023.

Also, Reza Andishe was transferred to Mahabad prison on October 16, 2023 and then temporarily released after posting bail.
