Arslan Divargar was released from Sanandaj prison on bail

According to the reports received by the colleagues of the human rights organization Hana: On Tuesday, October 17, 2023, Arslan Divargar, a citizen of Divandareh, was released from Sanandaj prison after posting a bail of 500 million tomans.
On September 28, 2023, 46-year-old Arslan Divargar was arrested and transferred to one of the security detention centers of Sanandaj after being summoned to the intelligence office of Sanandaj.
Mr. Divargar was deprived of all his human rights and contact with his family during his detention.
It should be mentioned that Arslan Divargar was arrested earlier on January 7, 2023 after being summoned to the Sanandaj Intelligence Office, and then on Tuesday, February 28, 2023, he was released from prison after posting a heavy bond of one billion tomans.
