Based on this report, IRGC intelligence forces,  have requested Zhakan Baran's address from his father, threatening him with cutting off his pension and arresting his daughter. 
Zhakan Baran said in a conversation with Hana Human Rights Organization: My father has been sick and housebound for a year, he himself has a lot of problems, my mother has been suffering from severe nervous disorders for years and cannot live without pills.
Zhakan Baran stated that the purpose of this work was to create psychological pressure for him to stop his activities.
