According to the colleagues of Hana Human Rights Organization: On the evening of Saturday "October 28, 2023", the forces of the border regiment set fire to many bags and goods of Kolbers at the border of "Tatah" in Oraman.
An informed source in a conversation with Hana added; In the meantime, a 25-year-old Kolber, identified as "Arman Salimi" from Marivan, was shot by the forces of the Border Regiment with guns (topper) and was seriously injured.
