Fuad Fathi, a labor activist from Sanandaj, was sentenced to four years in prison

According to Hana's colleagues; On Tuesday, December 12, 2023, Fuad Fathi, a labor activist from Sanandaj, by Branch 26 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court, headed by Judge Afshari, on the charges of "membership in one of the Kurdish opposition parties of the Iranian government, acting against the security of the country, and propagating against the system." He was sentenced to four years of imprisonment, a ban on leaving the country for two years, a ban on membership in political and social groups and organizations for two years, and not living in Tehran and its suburbs for two years.

Mr. Fathi was arrested by the security forces on November 4, 2023, and was taken to Evin prison.
Fuad Fathi is 43 years old, the son of Sediq, married and has a child, he is from Sanandaj and living in Tehran.
