Four Kurdish political prisoners in were executed in Qazalhasar prison in Karaj

According to the reports received by Hana Human Rights Organization: Monday morning, "January 29, 2024", four Kurdish political prisoners named "Vafa Azarbar from Bukan, Mohsen Mazloum from Mahabad, Mohammad Faramarzi from Dehgolan and Pejman Fatehi from Kamiyaran" were executed in Qazalhesar prison in Karaj.

After 19 months, Vafa, Mohammad, Mohsen and Pejman, these four Kurdish political prisoners met their families in Evin prison for the first and last time on Sunday "January 28, 2024" and then they were returned to Qazalhasar prison in Karaj to execute the death sentence. .
It should be noted that these four prisoners were severely tortured during their detention and were deprived of any human rights.
These four prisoners were previously sentenced to death by Branch 26 of Tehran Revolutionary Court headed by Judge "Iman Afshari" and this sentence was confirmed by Branch 9 of the Supreme Court of Iran headed by Judge "Gasem Mazinani".
On July 23, 2022, the news of the arrest of these four political activists, members of the Komola Party of Iranian Kurdistan, was published in Orumiyeh. After several months of absolutely no news, on October 12,  and December 5, 2024, the official media of the Islamic Republic of Iran,  released a film claimed that they "intended to explode in one of the sensitive defense industries in Isfahan", but these claims were rejected by the families of the named people, and international human rights organizations announced that these four people were forced to recount such scenarios under physical and mental torture.
Hana Human Rights Organization, while condemning the execution of these four Kurdish political prisoners, declares that the death penalty should be abolished immediately and considers the death penalty to be to be the most heinous and filthy form of manslaughter.
