Nasser Fahimi, a political and ideological prisoner, a Sunni Kurdish-speaking doctor who was released from prison on January 21, 2023, after 12 years.

After his release, Fahimi found out about the secret social exclusions against him by the regime and without any announcement and notification, and in response to these illegal and inhumane exclusions, he sent a letter of protest to the president, and he stated in the letter:

Regarding the process of requesting the cancellation of his Iranian citizenship (due to oppressive ruling),
I, Nasser Fahimi, referring to the verdict number 9709970010801834 dated 2019/02/17 from the 109th legal branch of the Tehran Justice Complex, documented by Article 41 of the Constitution law and Article 988 of the Common Civil Code and approved by the Board of Ministers and conducting all the necessary correspondences, and the incompetence of the judiciary to enter into this case, considering the release of me from prison on January 21, 2023, and finally issuing a sentence of social deprivation, including (deprived of practicing medicine and any employment and economic activities on the basis of the date of release from prison in Iran) in an ambiguity, unclear and without any order and official notification to me and …….

Therefore, as a matter of urgency and legal notice to the Cabinet regarding the official announcement of the revocation of my Iranian citizenship, take action in accordance with current regulations and laws.
