Oshnavieh: Fakhreddin Ebrahimi was sentenced to prison

Based on the reports received; Fakhreddin Ebrahimi, the son of political prisoner Mehieddin Ebrahimi, who was executed by Branch 113 of the Beheshti Criminal Court of Urmia, was sentenced to one year in prison and two years suspended imprisonment for "destroying the glass of the security door of the court of appeals" according to Article 687 of the Penal Code.
Fakhreddin Ebrahimi was arrested on Monday, April 3, 2023, after referring to the 9th branch of the investigation of the Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office in Urmia, and on Tuesday, April 4, 2023, he was temporarily released with a heavy bail of one hundred million tomans until the end of the proceedings.
It should be mentioned that Mohiuddin Ebrahimi, the father of Fakhruddin, was executed on Friday, March 17, 2023, in the central prison of Urmia, and his body was kidnapped by the Revolutionary Guards.
