A second citizen from Baneh has been sentenced to 15 months in prison

The reports received indicate that on Wednesday, May 10, 2023, a citizen from Baneh identified as "Mohammed Sharifpour Baindre" was sentenced by Branch 101 of the Baneh Criminal Court two to three months of imprisonment and one year of suspended prison for spreading propaganda against the regime in favor of the Kurdish party.".
Mohammad Sharifpour Baindre was arrested by government forces on Thursday, July 21, 2022, in Saleh Abad, Baneh, and was taken to Sanandaj Security Detention Center for questioning, and after the interrogation was completed, he was transferred to Baneh Prison, and after four months, he was temporarily released from Baneh prison until the end of the court proceedings by posting 300, Million Tomans bond.
