Transferring "Saman Ghasemi" to Ilam Central Prison

According to reports received by Hana Human Rights Organization: on Wednesday, January 25, 2023, Saman Ghasemi from Abdanan was transferred to Ilam Central Prison after more than 60 days of detention.
Reports indicate that despite the provision of bail by Saman Ghasemi's family for the temporary release of their son, the prosecutor of Ilam, Rajab Mohammadi, has opposed his release.
