The identity of these citizens was stated as "Hiva Mirzaei, Hakim Mirzaei and Zahir Moradi" from the village of "Bimazarti" in Oshnaviyeh city.

According to the reports received; After the interrogation, these citizens were transferred from the security detention centers of Urmia city to Oshnaviyeh prison.

It should be noted that these three Kurdish citizens were arrested by the security forces on Sunday "August 14, 2022" without a court order and were taken to one of the security detention centers in Urmia city for interrogation, and during the detention period they were deprived of any human rights. 

Until the moment of publication of this news, the reason for the arrest and the charges brought against these citizens are unknown to Hana Human Rights Organization.
