15-year-old Kolbar beaten by Border Regiment forces in Nosud

On Wednesday, June 22, 2022, a 15-year-old border courier known as Kolbar was beaten by Border Regiment forces.
The identity of this citizen was 15-year-old Sohaib Qitouli from Javanrood. He is said to have been beaten with a Kalashnikov butt by Border Regiment forces in the Nosud Border Highlands, leaving him with bruises, torn eyes and a broken nose. It should be noted that Sohaib Qitouli's personal belongings, including his mobile phone, were also confiscated.
