A citizen from Piranshahr was arrested by security forces.

According to Hana’s colleagues, on the evening of Wednesday, September 4, 2024, at 11:00 PM, a Kurdish citizen identified as "Sa'doon Sharifi," from the village of "Gardase" in Piranshahr, was arrested by security forces.
According to received reports, security forces arrested Sa'doon Sharifi without presenting a judicial warrant and confiscated his mobile phone. According to a source, Mr. Sharifi has been transferred to a security detention center in Orumieyh for interrogation. The reason for his arrest and the charges against him remain unknown.
