Hana Human Rights Organization Report: Over 973 days have passed since the arrest of Pejman Moradi, a 29-year-old from Ravansar, yet there is still no information available about his condition or fate. Pejman Moradi, son of Reza, is married and the father of a 3-year-old daughter. He was detained on March 17, 2022, by IRGC intelligence forces for unknown reasons and was transferred to an undisclosed location.
An informed source, in a conversation with Hana colleagues, stated that after repeated efforts by Pejman Moradi’s family to find out about his fate, they were informed after more than 7 months of detention that he had been abducted by IRGC intelligence and transferred to Sanandaj Prison.
The source also added that Pejman Moradi, during these 653 days of detention, has been denied the right to a lawyer, family visits, and all basic human rights.
The family’s efforts to learn about the fate of their 29-year-old son have so far been unsuccessful, intensifying the concerns of his family and relatives.
