According to an informed source, the named person had gone to his brother's family to mediate their dispute, on 25 neighborhood of Sanandaj,  but as their fight continued and toke on the street, with the intervention of the police he was hit by a bullet in the heart area and wounded.
The source added that after the wounding of Kaweh Gavili, law enforcement officers did not allow the people in the area and his family to call an ambulance, and they moved him into the police station near the site of the incident.
The source also added that law enforcement officers eventually contacted the emergency department of the institution and transferred Kawa Gavili to Kowsar Hospital and then he died.
It should be noted that this morning, December 25, 2023, the body of this Kurdish citizen was buried in his hometown of the village of Kilaneh with the presence of intelligence forces and several family members.
