According to Hana's colleagues; On Wednesday, August 23, 2023, Ayoub Aghliani, a 22-year-old from Oshanviah, among the detainees of the Women, Life, Freedom Revolution, was arrested after being summoned and referred to the criminal sentence enforcement branch of the General Prosecutor's Office and the Oshnavieh Revolution, and was transferred to Naqadeh prison to serve the sentence.
Based on the reports received; On January 15, 2023, by Branch 101 of the Criminal Court of Oshnavieh, he was sentenced to 4 years of imprisonment, 1 year of imprisonment for public order and 70 lashes, destruction Public property was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment and 4 years of imprisonment for the charge of participation in the deliberate incitement of public property.
Also, in February 2023, he was sentenced to one year and five months in prison by Branch 106 of the Criminal Court of Urmia on the charge of "destroying public property with the intention of confronting the system and disrupting public peace".
Ayub Aghaliani on March 11, 2023 in the third branch of the Revolutionary Court of Urmia was tried on charges of "disturbance of public order and peace, disturbance of public order with commotion and controversy and destruction of public property with the intention of confronting the regime and armed uprising against the Islamic government, so far no verdict has been sent to him in this regard.
It should be noted that Ayub Aghliani was arrested by government forces on Friday, October 7, 2022, and then on June 26, 2023, he was temporarily released from Urmia Central Prison with a heavy bail of 21 billion and 250 million tomans until the end of the proceedings. .
