According to the report received from Qorwa; A 16-year-old student in Qorwa named Amiyar Fethullahi was immediately arrested and handed over to the Intelligence Department after being warned by an education employee.
According to this report, on October 1, 2023, 16-year-old Amiyar was pressured and beaten by the intelligence forces, and because of this, he suffered bleeding from the kidney area.
