Bukan / A Kurdish trader was killed by direct gunfire from the police forces.

According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, on Thursday, October 3, 2024, police forces on the Bukan to Mahabad road, suspecting smuggled goods, opened fire on a car (Peugeot) belonging to a Kurdish trader identified as “Yousef Dashti,” a resident of Bukan, killing him.
According to a source, the Kurdish trader’s cargo was a single box of hookah tobacco.
