Omid Mazloum has been arrested by the Ministry of Information's forces

According to the reports received by Hana Human Rights Organization: on Tuesday, July 25, 2023, Omid Mazloum, the brother of political prisoner Mohsen Mazloum, was arrested by the forces of the Ministry of Information and transferred to an unknown location.
Based on the received reports; Ministry of Intelligence forces raided Omid Mazloum's personal home in "Atmish" village of Mahabad and arrested him.
It should be mentioned that Mohsen Mazloum, a Kurdish political prisoner, along with three other people named "Wafa Azarbar from Bukan, Pejman Fatehi from Kamiyaran and Hajir Faramarezi from Dehgolan" were captured by the Iranian forces in Soma Bradost region of Orumieh in late July of last year. After more than a year has passed, there is no information about the fate and whereabouts of these four Kurdish political activists.
