Release of Amir Mohammadi on Bail from Divandareh Prison

Colleagues at the Hana Human Rights Organization have reported the release of Amir Mohammadi, a citizen from Divandareh, on bail from Divandareh Prison.
According to this report, on Tuesday, December 24, 2024, Amir Mohammadi, a resident of Divandareh, was released from Divandareh Prison after 28 days of detention, upon posting bail of 500 million tomans.
Mr. Mohammadi was arrested at his workplace on Wednesday, November 27, 2024, by Divandareh Intelligence Office forces without the presentation of judicial documents and was subsequently transferred to the intelligence detention center.
It is worth noting that on Thursday, November 28, 2024, Amir Mohammadi was transferred from the Divandareh Intelligence Detention Center to Sanandaj Prison and then returned to Divandareh Prison.
