Continued Detention and Lack of Information on the Fate of Amir Mohammadi, a Detained Citizen from Divandareh

According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, 15 days have passed since the arrest of Amir Mohammadi, a citizen from Divandareh, but no information about his condition or fate has been made available so far.
Mr. Amir Mohammadi was arrested at his workplace by agents of the Divandareh Intelligence Office on Wednesday, November 27, 2024, without any judicial documentation. He was subsequently transferred to the intelligence detention center in the city.
On Thursday, November 28, his family visited the Intelligence Office to inquire about his situation and were informed that he had been transferred to Sanandaj Prison.
According to Hana’s sources, Amir Mohammadi has been denied the right to contact his family, meet with them, or have legal representation since his arrest.
Amir Mohammadi is married and has children.
