Detained citizen from Orumieh fate is undetermined

According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization: It has been more than 15 days since the arrest of a Kurdish citizen identified as "Amir Jahangiri," a 31-year-old son of Shams al-Din and a resident of "Qaleh Sardaar" village in Nazlu. However, there is still no information about his fate or whereabouts.
According to informed sources; on Wednesday, July 10, 2024, at 4 a.m., security forces, without presenting any legal documents, stormed the family home of this citizen with four vehicles and dozens of officers, breaking doors and windows. In front of his mother and sister, he was severely beaten and insulted, and then a bag was placed over his head, and he was taken to an unknown location.
The source added that during the arrest, Mr. Jahangiri was thrown from the second floor by the security forces, causing him severe injuries.
It is worth mentioning that so far, the efforts of Amir Jahangiri's family to find out about his condition and whereabouts have been unsuccessful, causing serious concern among his relatives.
