Arrest of a Retired Teacher by Security Forces in Piranshahr

Hana: On the evening of Tuesday, July 9, 2024, Esmail Maroufi, a retired teacher with 30 years of teaching experience and a resident of Piranshahr, was arrested by security forces.


According to received reports, at 11 PM, security forces raided Mr. Maroufi's home without presenting any judicial documents. After searching the house and confiscating his mobile phone, they arrested him and transferred him to an unknown location.
