The release of six prisoners from Divandareh on bail.

Colleagues from the Hana Human Rights Organization in Divandareh reported the release of six detainees from the city.
According to this report, on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, six detained citizens from Divandareh—“Fouad Moradi, Mohammad Amini, Farhad Qamari, Maziar Moradi, Arman Noshadi, and Salah Fathi”—were released from Sanandaj prison after being detained for one month, each on bail of 10 billion rials.
Fouad Moradi, Mohammad Amini, and Farhad Qamari were arrested in their homes on Sunday, September 8, 2024, while Maziar Moradi, Arman Noshadi, and Salah Fathi were detained at their workplaces or homes on September 14, 17, and 18, 2024, without judicial warrants, before being transferred to Sanandaj prison.
It is also worth mentioning that another detainee from Divandareh, “Milad Pirani,” remains in custody, and no information about his status is available.
