Zahra Sajedi Nia,has been sentenced to 10 months in prison

According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, Zahra Sajedi Nia, 38 years old, a mother of three from Bukan, was sentenced to 10 months in prison by Branch 101 of the Criminal Court of Bukan on the charge of “propaganda against the regime.” The issued verdict was communicated to Mrs. Sajedi Nia on September 29, 2024.
According to a source, Mrs. Sajedi Nia has been given 20 days to appeal the court’s verdict.
It is worth mentioning that she was arrested on July 31, 2024, after being summoned to the Bukan Intelligence Office. She was transferred to the Intelligence Detention Center in Orumiyeh for interrogation and was released on bail after the interrogation process was completed.
