Mamosta Saber Khodamoradi was sentenced to 15 months in prison.

According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, Haj Mamosta Saber Khodamoradi, son of Abdullah and a resident of the village of Dareziarat Olya in the Sarshiv district of Saqqez, a religious activist and Friday prayer leader of Kough township in Saqqez, announced in a statement on his Telegram channel that following a phone call from the Special Clerical Court in Hamedan, he was sentenced to 15 months of imprisonment on charges of "propaganda against the regime."
Haj Mamosta Khodamoradi had previously been sentenced by the Special Clerical Court in Hamedan to 7 months of imprisonment and 74 lashes on charges of "propaganda against the regime and disturbing public opinion." The sentence was officially communicated to this Kurdish Sunni cleric on Monday, May 1, 2023.
It is also worth mentioning that he had been summoned twice before to the Special Clerical Court of Hamedan Province, once on Saturday, December 4, 2022, and again on Sunday, January 22, 2023, for his support of the revolutionary movement #Zhina.
