Mahabad: The arrest of Ramyar Abubakri, a family member of the victims of the Zhina Revolutionary Movement.

According to reports received by the Human Rights Organization Hana: Early this morning, Tuesday, September 3, 2024, Ramyar Abubakri, a 16-year-old and the brother of "Zanyar Abubakri," one of the victims of the #Zhina Revolutionary Movement, was arrested by security forces in the city of Mahabad.
According to received reports, Ramyar Abubakri was arrested by security forces at his father's home without any legal documentation. A well-informed source stated that during the arrest of this 16-year-old teenager, his parents were beaten by the security forces.
As of the time of this report, there is no information available regarding the reason for Ramyar Abubakri's arrest or his current whereabouts.
It is worth noting that on October 27, 2022, during the protest gatherings of the "Woman, Life, Freedom" revolutionary movement in Mahabad, "Zanyar Abubakri," 22 years old, lost his life due to gunfire from government forces.
