According to reports received by the Human Rights Organization Hana: It has been 21 days since the arrest of Lotfollah Parviz, a civil and environmental activist from Gilan Gharb, but there is still no information available regarding his fate or whereabouts.
According to received reports, Lotfollah Parviz was arrested by IRGC Intelligence Ministry forces on August 14, 2024, and then transferred to the Kermanshah Criminal Investigation Department.
A well-informed source revealed that this Kurdish civil activist has been subjected to torture to extract a forced confession against himself on camera.
According to this source, Lotfollah Parviz's family approached the IRGC Intelligence Organization in Kermanshah to inquire about his fate and whereabouts, but the officials there claimed to have no information about him.
The source further added that during these 21 days, Mr. Parviz has had no contact with his family, which has heightened the concerns of his loved ones.
Lotfollah Parviz, 35 years old, married, is a civil and environmental activist from Gilan Gharb.
