A 22-year-old has been arrested by security forces in Mahabad

According to HANA colleagues: On the evening of Wednesday, July 10, 2024, a 22-year-old resident of Mahabad named "Mohammad Reza Qaytarani" was arrested by security forces.
According to received reports, security forces raided the home of this citizen’s parents, violently arrested him, and transferred him to an unknown location.
As of the time of this news release, there is no information about the reason for the arrest or the whereabouts of Mohammad Reza Qaytarani.
It is worth noting that he had previously been arrested by security forces in Mahabad during the protests of 2022 and was released after three months on bail.
