Two Kolbars were injured as a result of gunfire from military forces at the Baneh border.

According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, on Sunday, August 18, 2024, at least two Kolbars were injured as a result of gunfire from military forces directed at a group of Kolbars.
Hana's colleagues identified the Kolbars as "Mahmoud" (surname unknown) from Baneh and "Hamid Ahmadi," 38 years old, from Divandareh. According to received reports, these two Kolbars were shot and severely injured in the head, eyes, and face by military forces stationed at the "Sertzin" border in Baneh while they were carrying goods.
