A Kolbar was injured due to gunfire from border patrol forces.

Hana: On Friday, August 30, 2024, a kolbar named "Khalil Chalabi" from Rabat, a village in the Sardasht region, was injured due to direct gunfire from border patrol forces at the Baneh border.
According to received reports, border patrol forces stationed in the mountainous areas of Baneh opened fire on a vehicle carrying kolbars, injuring Khalil Chalabi.
A source stated that Mr. Chalabi was severely injured in the back due to the gunfire and underwent surgery in a hospital in Tehran.
