According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization: On Saturday, May 25, 2024, a Kurdish journalist named "Hajar Rahimi" from Mahabad was arrested after being summoned to the Intelligence Office of this city and transferred to an unknown location.
Hajar Rahimi, from Mahabad, is a journalist and the director of the news website "Hawal."
As of the time of this report, there is no information available regarding the charges against him or his place of detention.
