Continued Detention and Uncertainty about the Fate of Susen Hassan Zadeh, Civil Activist from Bukan

According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, it has been 19 days since the detention of Susen Hassan Zadeh, a civil activist and Kurdish language teacher from Bukan. However, she remains without the right to visit her family or contact her lawyer, being held in one of the security detention centers in Orumieh.
A source mentioned that during her detention, she has only had one brief phone call with her family.
The source added that in this short phone call with her family, Ms. Hassan Zadeh mentioned her location being in solitary confinement in one of the security detention centers in Orumieh.
Susen Hassan Zadeh was arrested on "May 15, 2024" without presenting judicial documents and with the use of violence by security forces.
