08:11 - 11/6/2024
According to a report received from colleagues of the Hana Human Rights Organization: In recent days, the family of Mr. Fallahi posted a one billion toman bail for his release. However, the judge of Branch 6 of the Marivan Court rejected it and did not agree to release Shwaib Fallahi, expelling the family from the court.
Shwaib Fallahi, a 30-year-old resident of the village of "Dartafi" in the Marivan region, was arrested on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, after being summoned to the city's Intelligence Office.
Afterward, security forces raided Mr. Fallahi's parental home without presenting judicial documents, searched the house, and confiscated his personal belongings, including his mobile phone and computer.
It is worth noting that two weeks after Mr. Fallahi's arrest, his fate remains unclear, causing increased concern among his relatives.
