Summoning and arresting "Seyd Ayub Mousavi", a former political prisoner in Oshnavieh

In the continuation of the wide wave of arrests in Oshnavieh city, on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, a Kurdish citizen with the identity of "Seyd Ayub Mousavi", 25 years old, the son of Seyed Jalal, a former prisoner and from the village of "Mirabad" in Oshnavieh, after being summoned to the information centre of IRGC was arrested.
Seyed Ayub Mousavi was arrested by the security forces in 1997 and sentenced to three years and six months in prison by the Urmia Revolutionary Court in 2018, on the charge of collaborating with one of the "Kurdish opposition parties of the Iranian government".
It should be mentioned that Mr. Mousavi was arrested in 2019, to execute his prison sentence and was transferred to Naqadeh prison, and finally in 2021, he was granted a conditional amnesty and was released from prison.
