Oshnavieh: Release of a Kurdish citizen on bail

Hana: On Tuesday, September 6, 2022, a Kurdish citizen with the identity of "Omid Moradi", the son of Qadir and a resident of Nalus city, Oshnavieh county, was temporarily released from the prison of this city by posting bail until the end of the proceedings.
According to received reports; On Friday, July 8, 2022, he was arrested by the security forces for unknown reasons in the area of Qaznabad village of Oshnavieh city without a judicial warrant and was transferred to one of the security detention centers in Urmia city, and after the interrogation was completed on Sunday, August 7, 2022, he was transferred from the security detention center in Urmia to Ashnavieh prison.
Also, the deceased was deprived of any human rights during his detention.
