Statistics of executions in April 2024 in Iranian Kurdistan

According to the statistics recorded in the statistics center of Hana Human Rights Organization, at least 6 Kurdish citizens were executed in Iranian prisons in April 2024. Three people were executed for drug-related crimes, 2 people were executed for murder, and Anwar Khazri, a religious prisoner, was executed after 14 years for Moharbah.
Hana human rights organization considers execution as a heinous act and state murder and demands a complete stop of the death sentence in Iran.
