According to the report of Hana's colleagues: On Saturday morning, May 4, 2024, the death sentence of a prisoner who was sentenced to death on the charge of "intentional murder" was carried on in the central prison of Kermanshah.
The identity of this prisoner was verified for Hana human rights organization "Khosro Babavaldini", 65 years old, married father of four children and from the village of "Sarmaj Hosseinkhani" in Harsin.
According to received reports; 30 years ago, during a quarrel a person was killed, he was accused of "intentional murder" and lived secretly for 20 years. He was arrested 10 years ago on the charge of "intentional murder" and then by the judicial apparatus of Islamic republic he was sentenced to death.
