In the governance system of the Islamic Republic of Iran, judges do not have any judicial independence in the country's court of justice, and the method of judging is dictated to the judges by appealing to religion.

That is, the judge cannot make judgement according to human and civil principles, and only the last order that religion puts forward is the end of the word.

When the ruler of Shari'a cannot condemn the opponents of the government, they resort to the religious laws that are the end of the word, and the sentence of corruption on earth, bandit with God, right and God, which no authority and law can cancel in an authoritarian system, is issued and the convict will be sentenced to death.

The leader in religious governments is an example of God's representative, and his orders and words are God's words, so enmity with the leader means bandit with God and in religious societies means disbelief and death for the infidel.

The highest number of these rulings in the Islamic Republic of Iran are related to Kurdish civil and religious political activists.

Among those who were subjected to the wrath of the Islamic Republic, we can mention Ms. Mozhgan Kavousi.

Mozhgan Kavousi, a Kurdish civil activist, from Kelardasht, Mazandaran, who was involved in teaching mother tongue and common languages ​​in Iran, as well as an ethnic activist in Iran, was arrested and sent to prison many times.

Mozhgan Kavousi completed her previous sentence on January 5, 2022 with a leave attached to the freedom at Kachuei Karaj prison.

During the protests of 2022 in Iran on Thursday "September 22, 2022", Ms. Kavousi was arrested by the security agencies and after the end of the interrogation period, she was transferred to Tonekabon prison.

According to the report received by Hana Human Rights Organization, Ms. Kavousi on Tuesday, December 20, 2022, the first hearing of her trial was held at the Sari Revolutionary Court in the presence of her lawyers, Mr. Osman Mazin and Maziar Tataei.

It should be noted that Ms. Kavousi was deprived of a lawyer during the trial stage.
