Hana: During the last few days, Safa Aeli from Saqqez and the uncle of Zhina Amini was sentenced to 3 years, 6 months and one day imprisonment, by the first branch of the Revolutionary Court of this city headed by Judge "Javad Mostafaei" on charges of "participation in the assembly and collusion against internal security", "Propaganda activity against the regime through the publication of material and images in cyberspace" for 7 months and 16 days, on charges of "insulting the leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran" to 15 months and one day imprisonment. He was also Sentenced to two years banned from leaving the country.
According to the reports received, according to Article 7 of the 2020 Prison Punishment Law, one third of the maximum penalty is "suspended" for three years, provided that he "does not socialize with the anniversary detainees" Mahsa Amini "has been suspended for three years", provided that he introduces himself "to the Intelligence Directorate" once every three months, and "three educational, moral, and religious courses."
Safa Aeli, uncle of Zhina Amini, was arrested by the government forces in his personal home on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, without providing judicial documents, and finally, on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, he was temporarily released from Saqqez prison after posting bail.
