Tomaj Salehi was sentenced to death

The Revolutionary Court of Isfahan sentenced the protesting artist "Tomaj Salehi" to severe punishment on the charge of "corruption of the earth". Tomaj Salehi's death sentence was confirmed by Amir Raisian, the aforementioned lawyer, in an interview with "Sharq Network".
Mustafa Nili, another lawyer of Tomaj Salehi said in this regard; The death sentence of Tomaj has legal conflicts and we will appeal.
Amir Raisian, his other lawyer, told the Sharq channel about Toomaj Salehi's sentence: In an "unprecedented" move, Branch 1 of the Isfahan Revolutionary Court did not implement the Supreme Court's ruling on Salehi's 1401 case and sentenced him to death on charges of "corruption on earth".
Tomaj Salehi was released on bail on November 18, 2023, after serving 252 days in solitary confinement and a total of one year and 21 days of imprisonment. Then, on Thursday, November 30, 2023, Tumaj Salehi, a protesting rap singer, was again arrested by plainclothes forces without presenting legal documents in a street in Babol, along with beatings.
