According to the received report, Marzieh Yousefzadeh (Rozhin), a student from Mahabad and a resident of Tehran, who was arrested while holding Mahsa Amini's placard in connection with the nationwide protests in Iran, and then was sentenced to 6 years in prison by Branch 29 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court. . .
Marzieh Yousef Zadeh (Rozhin) was arrested on September 18, 2022. She has been in detention for three months in the detention center of the security institutions and Qarchak-Varamin prison.
It should be mentioned; If this sentence is confirmed, by applying Article 134 of the Islamic Penal Code, 5 years of imprisonment can be applied as a severe punishment for this citizen.
