According to the notification issued by the second branch of the General and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office of Saqqez city, Osman Ismaili was notified and asked to present himself to this judicial authority in the next 10 days for the execution of his imprisonment.
It should be mentioned that the mentioned person was sentenced to 7 months and 15 days in prison by the first branch of the Revolution Court of Saqez, presided over by Judge "Mustafaei" on the charge of "propaganda against the regime during the funeral ceremony of Zhina Amini" and on the charge of "membership in one of the Kurdish opposition parties, was sentenced to 31 months and 15 days in prison.

Mr. Ismaili was arrested by the government forces on Wednesday, February 8, 2023, without a court order, and was transferred to one of the security detention centers in Sanandaj for questioning, and then on Monday, April 17, 2023, he was temporarily released on a heavy bail of one billion Tomans.
